The Ciment and Shields Team: As a result of Barbara’s continuing success and increasing referrals, she selectively expanded her practice over the years to include several team members who provide exceptional service and support to clients in Montgomery, Howard, and Anne Arundel Counties and the District of Columbia. The original Barbara Ciment Team earned one of the finest reputations for ethics, professionalism, and productivity in the real estate industry. It excels in successfully managing every type of residential real estate transaction, from simple to complex. Our Team name change to Ciment and Shields Team reflects the contributions to sales and services by Judi Shields, who has now assumed Team leadership. Barbara Ciment will step back from Team leadership, marketing and business management to allow her to concentrate on what she loves best, Client and Customer Services.
During Covid-19, we were locked down for several months but managed to finish the year helping over 100 sellers and buyers, resulting in $44 Million in Closed and Pending Sales Volume! It was a relief to be able to be busy and productive during a pandemic.
Our Team was awarded the GCAAR Gold Team Award in 2019, 2020 and 2021. The Team’s consistently high production is grounded in providing individualized and unparalleled service, tools and professional contacts to buyers, sellers, and renters and those relocating to the Metropolitan Washington Area from other parts of the United States and worldwide. Barbara, Judi and all our Team members are frequently called upon by past and current clients and community members across the DC area to help them, their friends, families and colleagues buy, sell and rent real estate.
